Policies, Terms and Conditions:
Lefty’s General Store and Wholesalers Terms GENERAL INFORMATION Ordering: www.lgswholesale.com Phone – 817-847-9911. Minimum opening order - $5.00 retail Minimum opening order Wholesale – $50.00 Wholesale reorder $50.00 For reorders we ask that you provide us with stock numbers from previous invoices. If you fail to give LGS a stock number we cannot guarantee that the correct product will be pulled for shipment. DELIVERED GOODS Check all goods at time of delivery. Any Claims must be made at time of delivery. Go over your delivered order and check against receipt. Signing your receipt is verification that all goods were received in satisfactory condition. PRICES AND SHIPPING Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Credit card is charged at the time of shipment and only for the amount shipped. No C.O.D.’s accepted FREIGHT TERMS F.O.B. Fort Worth, Texas CLAIMS DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES Shortages and damages must be claimed within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please check orders immediately upon receipt. If a problem exists please call 817-847-9911 and provide us with an invoice number, date of shipment and digital picture of damages of both packing and product. Please note the following directions. FREIGHT LINE You must file the claim directly with the freight line. Count your boxes carefully upon receipt and mark on the freight bill any shortage or damage. If any shortage or damage exists, call the freight line and they will send someone out to inspect the damage and give you the forms to file the freight claim. UPS & FEDEX Count your boxes carefully and only sign for the number of boxes that you receive. Check the packing list and see if you received the right amount of boxes. Occasionally one box out of a shipment will come a day or two later. If there is damage to a box you must notate it on receiving from UPS or FEDEX. Failure to do so will nullify your claim. Call us at 817-847-9911 to let us know the problem and we will get a claim started. You must keep the original shipping carton for inspection. No deduction for damage or shortage will be taken until there is a resolution from the Freight Line, UPS, or FEDEX. RETURNS No merchandise may be returned without our written authorization. A 25% restocking charge is required on all goods authorized for return. No exceptions. Merchandise returned not in its original condition will not receive credit. Items returned in excess of authorized quantities will not receive credit. No return on custom orders.
